(Terms of Service)
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
My artwork may not be edited, copied, traced or heavily referenced by anyone. This applies to all work, regardless to whether it is personal, commission work, or a design.
Individuals who are found to be copying, tracing or heavily referencing my work will be denied my service in the future.

2. PAYMENTS
a. All payments will be made in USD (US Dollars) via PayPal or Cashapp
b. For designs, rights and original designs files will be transferred only once the design has been paid for in full.
c. Payment Plans
Are only available if the design is over $500 usd
If under $1000 payment plans are 2 months max. And for those $1000+ can be extended up to 6 months max.
Down payment is 20% once the design is closed.
You will not receive the design until full payment is received.
d. Payments are always due on the 1st of each month.
If a payment is late by a week, buyer will receive two (2) reminders, spread one week apart. If monthly payments go unpaid for one week past these two reminders, you forfeit from the adopt/design.

3. DESIGN AND ADOPTABLE POLICY
When you bid on, purchase, or come into possessions of my designs, you automatically agree to the following conditions:
a. Design rights and original transparent design files will be transferred ONLY once the full payment has been received.
b. Any additional edits, design tweaks or design variants will be started only once design has been paid in full.
c. Owners of my design have the right to use the design freely, as a personal character or brand mascot. In plain terms, the design may not be used for financial gain.
d. Design can be edited in any way, with the exception of the original artwork.
I retain the rights to my original artwork, which cannot be edited or altered by anyone other than myself. My artwork may not be copied or traced by anyone, including design holders. Please consult Karos for edits of original artwork, variant color schemes or design alterations may be commissioned.
e. Holder of the design may repost my original artwork, but must include visible credit to myself, KarosKrafts/KarosAdopts.
f. My designs may be freely resold, traded or gifted.
g. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone.

6. REFUNDS
a. Refunds are not available for fully paid designs, after the rights have been transferred to the buyer.
b. **Backing out of design payment plans: **
NOTE: Breaching a payment plan for an unjustified cause is a breach of my terms of service.
If reason provided for backing out is deemed unjustified - i.e. impulse buy, unresponsive to messages - Buyer will be given a single warning. Should a buyer commit another offense, they will be place on the permanent blacklist and will not be able to purchase future designs, commission or contact me for any services.

As an artist, I have the right to decline any commission or sale under any circumstances without explanation.
I have the right to add or remove any terms at any time.
Terms of Use
• The commissioned piece you receive is for your personal and private use only.
• Feel free to repost the commissioned piece to your gallery/media as long as the proper credit is given! (Tag me completely, do not “@//KarosKrafts”)
Payment
• 100% PRE PAYMENT
All Payments MUST be paid upfront before I begin working on your commission.
• I accept payments through CashApp and PayPal.
CASHAPP IS PREFERRED !

You MUST pay the service fee, and any additional fees that may apply. I will NOT begin working on your commission until I receive the EXACT amount requested.
• If canceling / or have failed to complete a payment plan that is longer than a 2 weeks (or unpaid by scheduled deadline) for purchases, adopts, or commissions; any payments sent before Cancellation will NOT be refunded. Please do not request a Payment Plan if you are unable to go through with it.
• If you claim an adopt or commission of any kind, then ghost me once I ask for payment, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED. I completely understand if financial situations come up, or if you’re no longer interested- BUT PLEASE do not ghost me. Doing this leaves artists in the dark and it’s not cool.
Requirements
• To begin your commission, I need a proper reference sheet or a non-shaded, clear, view of the character. I will not accept a long description of the character UNLESS you are commissioning a custom, or a redesign/updated design. I will also make artistic liberty designs with species and mood board for reference. ^^
• PATIENCE!!!
Understand that I am not a full time artist and that your commission can take anywhere from a day, to a few months. I will ALWAYS keep my commissioners up to date with any time delays. Communication is very important to me.
☆ Although communication is extremely important to me, please allow up to 24-48 hours of response time on my end.
Refunds
☆ I will not issue refunds unless I have failed to properly communicate with the commissioner after two(2) months of failed communication or replies. I ask that you be patient and understanding with me, I will always give updates if there are any sort of setback or other issue.
☆ If canceling / or have failed to complete a payment plan that is longer than two(2) week (or unpaid by scheduled deadline) for purchases, adopts, or commissions; any payments sent before Cancellation will NOT be refunded. Please do not request a Payment Plan if you are unable to go through with it.
Miscellaneous
☆ Please tell me before you commission me if you’d like to keep this artwork a secret until it’s finished, if you don’t tell me I will post wips of these works and the final product.
• I will NOT produce, trade or share adult content pieces with anyone under the age of 18. ID proving you are 18+ is required if you would like an adult content commission.
• Please familiarize yourself with my TOS before requesting a commission, trade, or making a purchase.
